1. Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing and using the website of The Hair Experts ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located in Bristol, Rhode Island, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using this website's services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services and Pricing:

We are committed to providing exceptional hair care services. However, prices and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

3. Appointment and Cancellation Policy:

Booking an appointment constitutes a contract for our time and services.

  • Booking: A credit card or deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Cancellations: We require at least [24/48] hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 

  • Lateness: If you are more than [15] minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or abbreviate the service. The full service price will still apply.

4. Health and Safety:

Client safety is our priority. By booking a service, you agree to disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or contagious illnesses that may affect the service or the safety of our staff and other clients. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone appearing to have a contagious condition (e.g., lice, open wounds, viral symptoms) to protect our environment.

5. Intellectual Property:

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Hair Experts and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. This includes all images of hairstyles, salon interiors, and branding materials. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without express written permission.

6. User Conduct:

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this Site any material:

  • That is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, or in breach of privacy.

  • For which you have not obtained all necessary licenses and/or approvals.

  • Which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law of or infringe the rights of any third party, in any country in the world.

7. Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall The Hair Experts, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

  • Any content obtained from the Service.

  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes to This Agreement:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
